Designed for those with some prior gym experience, looking to take the next steps in your training. Evolve builds on the what we cover in our essential programme, increasing in volume, intensity and complexity to maximise your gains.

  • 🧩 A Variety of free weights (Barbells and Dumbbells) and basic machines (Rowing machine, stationary bike)
