Simon is a coach with over 15 years of experience, holding a BSc in Strength and Conditioning Sciences, recognized as CYQ Personal Trainer of the Year, and awarded for Individual Achievement from St Mary’s University. Starting in high-level rugby, he transitioned to strength and conditioning, recently winning the Bangkok Throwdown 2024 in competitive CrossFit. He has served as Head of Strength and Conditioning at Wellington College, UK, and Shrewsbury International School, Bangkok. Toby has led over 8,000 training sessions, coached more than 2,000 individuals, including over 10 athletes representing England and Great Britain, and successfully guided many through ACL recovery. He excels in meeting diverse fitness needs and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals, be it improving performance, alleviating pain, or becoming their FITTest self, with tailored, effective training programs.

Toby is a coach with over 15 years of experience. He holds a BSc in Strength and Conditioning Sciences, has been recognized as CYQ Personal Trainer of the Year, and received the Recognition of Individual Achievement from St Mary’s University.
Starting life in high-level rugby, Toby transitioned into strength and conditioning, focusing on mastering the basics to create efficient athletes. Recently, he achieved success in competitive CrossFit, winning the Bangkok Throwdown 2024. He has served as Head of Strength and Conditioning at Wellington College, UK, and Shrewsbury International School, Bangkok, and holds Qualified Teacher Status in Physical Education.
In the past 15 years, Toby has led over 8,000 training sessions and coached more than 2,000 individuals, including more than 10 athletes representing England and Great Britain. He has successfully guided over 10 individuals through ACL recovery, alongside multiple other injuries, demonstrating his rehabilitation expertise.
Toby excels in meeting diverse fitness needs, from national-level athletes and professional team sport players to active individuals across the UK. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals, whether it's improving performance, alleviating pain, or becoming the FITTest version of themselves.
